A Spiritual Approach Grounded in Science
When I talk about spirituality, I don’t mean something vague or abstract. For me, spirituality is deeply engrained in actual science—particularly physics and psychology. I believe that healing from emotional trauma isn’t just about “feeling better” but about understanding the powerful laws of nature that govern our universe and how they apply to our lives.
Think about physics: everything in the universe is energy, constantly moving, vibrating, and interacting. Our emotions and thoughts are no different—they’re forms of energy, and just like in physics, energy can be shifted. My coaching methods are about learning to redirect that emotional energy in a way that aligns with your true self.
Then there’s psychology, which offers the framework for understanding why we act and feel the way we do, especially when it comes to relationships. I’m certified in Integrated Attachment Theory, which helps explain how our early relationships shape our emotional responses in adulthood. This scientific foundation allows me to guide men in untangling their emotional patterns and building healthier, more resilient lives.
By combining these scientific principles with a spiritual outlook, I help men tap into their own inner power, find clarity, and ultimately thrive.
Who I Am as a Coach and a Person
Beyond my work as a coach, I’m someone who loves life’s simple, beautiful moments. I’m an avid nature enthusiast—hiking, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors are essential parts of my life. Nature, to me, is the perfect metaphor for healing: no matter how damaged a tree or plant becomes, it continues to grow, finding new paths to flourish.
I’m also a dog lover, and my Labrador puppy mix, Notch, is always by my side. He’s my hiking buddy, my companion, and honestly, a constant reminder of the joy that comes from unconditional love. Notch has taught me a lot about patience and the importance of simply being present—two qualities I bring into my coaching sessions.
Spirituality is a big part of my life as well. I believe in the interconnectedness of all things and the idea that everything happens for a reason. That’s not just a belief—it’s a way of life. I use spiritual principles in my coaching to help men reconnect with themselves and the world around them. Whether it’s through mindfulness, meditation, or just taking time to reflect in nature, I incorporate these practices to help men heal from the inside out.
Helping Men Heal After Breakup or Divorce
The men I work with are those who are going through or have recently gone through a tough breakup or divorce. I know how painful these experiences can be because I’ve been through it myself. The loss, the confusion, the hit to your self-worth—it’s heavy stuff. But here’s the thing: it doesn’t have to define you. In fact, it can make you stronger.
When I went through my own heartbreak, it felt like the world had been pulled out from under me. But instead of letting that be the end of my story, I chose to learn from it, grow from it, and come out the other side as a better, stronger version of myself. Now, I help other men do the same.
